Couple Honored for 59th

     GALLIPOLIS - Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Harrington of Route 4, Gallipolis, were honored on their 59th wedding anniversary with a party given by their son-in-law and daughter, William and Catherine Van Meter, at their home in Reynoldsburg. 
   The couple were married November 243, 1924, in Gallia County. She is the former Ethel Dray. He is a retired carpenter.
     Besides Mrs. Van Meter, they also have three daughters and two sons. A son, Jack died in 1979. The couple have 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
