Jarvis, Maxie and Morris, Lyndall

     Maxie and Lyndall Jarvis of Burger Street, Gallipolis, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary June 4. Their children are pleased to honor them by hosting an open house from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 4, in the Fellowship Hall of the Church of the Nazarene, Gallipolis (Second Avenue entrance). All relatives and friends are invited. The family requests that no gifts be given.
     The Jarvis' have lived in Gallia County during their 50 years of marriage. They have three sons: Clyde Jarvis, Athens, Ohio; Leroy and Betty Jarvis, St. Louis, Missouri; and Roger and Cinnie Mae Jarvis, Rochester, New York. Their five grandchildren are Kelley, Brian, Craig, Kathy and Cheryl.
     Both Maxie and Lyndall are retired--he from Dravo Corporation, where he worked for 40 years, and she from H & R Block, where she was employed for 13 years.
